DeleteWell done Baillie, it looks like you did a great job of the pancakes. I like the photos showing me the steps in the process. What did you find the trickiest? My favourite topping with pancakes is banana, bacon and maple syrup. What would your favourite topping be? Once when I was on holiday in Australia I had pancakes, strawberries and ice-cream...for breakfast!!
